Kenichiro Fukui is a Japanese composer and sound designer known for his works with Konami and Square Enix.

He joined Konami in 1990 and as a result was a part of their Konami Kukeiha Club, in which he also served as a keyboardist. He primarily worked on their coin-op games, and is known for games such as Sunset Riders, Violent Storm, and Lethal Enforcers. In 1995, Fukui, along with Konami composers Tsuyoshi Sekido and Junya Nakano departed the company to start working at Square Enix. There, he is known for working on many of the Final Fantasy titles, and was also known for "Einharder", which was also produced by former Konami employees. He also served as a keyboard for the company's band "THE BLACK MAGES".

In 2005, Fukui departed Square Enix, but continued to work on video game music. He became a teacher at HAL Tokyo for their Musical Department, a school which teaches game design. He still continues to teach and write video game music to this day.
